Welcome to ShareMRR! By accessing or using our website, dashboard, and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ShareMRR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You represent that any information you submit (including identity, startup, and payment details) is accurate and not misleading.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Marketplace Rules (Founders & Partners)

ShareMRR is a marketplace that helps founders and growth partners discover each other and collaborate using measurable attribution (coupon/code). You agree to:

• Not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, role, or traction.
• Not attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, badges, or metrics.
• Use the messaging and request system respectfully and without spam.
• Comply with applicable advertising, affiliate marketing, and consumer protection laws when promoting products.

5. Stripe / Revenue Verification

Founders may connect Stripe to enable revenue/MRR verification. By connecting Stripe, you authorize ShareMRR to read relevant billing and revenue data for verification and display purposes (e.g., badges, feeds, charts). We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources and are not responsible for discrepancies caused by Stripe or your configuration.

6. Coupons, Attribution & Commissions

• When a founder accepts a partner, ShareMRR may generate a unique coupon/code for tracking and attribution.
• Commission terms (e.g., “50% of first payment”) are agreed between founder and partner. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ShareMRR does not act as the merchant of record and does not process payouts.
• Founders are responsible for paying commissions to partners based on tracked performance and agreed terms.

7. Reviews & Badges

Reviews and badges are designed to increase trust. You agree that reviews you submit will be truthful and based on real collaboration. We may remove reviews or revoke badges if we suspect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior.
• Unauthorized access, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the Services.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities.

9. Intellectual Property

ShareMRR and its branding, UI, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. User-submitted content (startup listings, messages, reviews) remains yours, but you grant ShareMRR a license to display it for operating and promoting the marketplace.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareMRR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including disputes between founders and partners, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify you via the Services or email. Continued use of ShareMRR after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
